Can anybody say wolf in sheep's clothing. I would bet my life this will not turn out well for these indigenous people. Never have any indigenous people found trusting a foreign group of supposed "missionaries" (people with a mission of helping locals) found these motives to be simply just in the sake of helping. Same cross different messiah.
@cmtgforever i think there are a lot of good thing going on here. i dont know alot about company or anything, but it didint ask for money, or give a number for donations, it seems like some real stuff going on, only time will tell but it touched me
salute to gtli. all the tribes around the world should be given the chance to adopt to the new world depending upon their choice, rather than keeping them as it is in the name of preserving the culture, because if they do not move with time they will not live longer to preserve their culture.
@ebeledi Colonization was bad, but Ethiopia was one or the only one African country that was not a colony for very long time, Menelik II drove the Italians out, the problems of Africa is cronic corruption of their own goberments, tribalism, and many other domestic problem, if you in Africa start taking care ypur own people and stop blaming an outside force for every ill that happens there you may one day take the right road to a better life.
@joseago23 of couse I realize that africans themselves are part the reason, my main point is everything has a root. colonization----> merging of diffferent people in one country----> bad government----> poverty. It's that simple.
colonization start like that the key word is income ,profit and education if you wanna help them live like them or leave them alone please let them be they don't need your bad influence of material world of cars and clothes GOD is with them
@Kabahizi1 i dont see much of that happening in this video. i am aware of what you mean in your statement, but i just truely believe there are some good people out there with good intention, and the things they are teaching them are not capatilistic in any matter. how to farm, clean your water, sustain life in the chaining enviornment. you heard when they said they cant negoitate, and get cheated all the time. seems positive to me
@Kabahizi1 -- You haven't paid much attention of what was going on in this video. Apparently (your presumed) god was making life hard for them to the point of impossible. They were getting sick and dehydrated, their children dying of diarrhea, their water being contaminated, and their cattle dying. In short, they were not managing to stay alive very well. It looks like this organization is helping them (quite effectively) to stay afloat and securing a future.
@boomtao you gonna teach them then what ?give them jobs , SUVs and fridges so they can pollute like you? if you real wanna help stop polluting and stay away from them we know how you killed native american with your diseases just breathing on them hey satan you've been casted out of haven forever so don't came back
This video is total lies.
The Hamar are far from extinct - in fact they are thriving.
This video is just another white mans begging bowl on behalf of Africans.
We Africans do not need you to show us like this - as if we were animals in a circus!
Shame on all white people who post videos like this.
Its just cheap voyeurism.
