@deesep You can use a tuner online, or how i do it, i tune with the normal method starting from standard, just a fret higher.

Drop D is simple, from standard tuning, just play the open D string and tune the Low E until it matches. From Drop D you can get to Drop C as well. From Half step you can get to Drop C#.
