Yes, you're right. He also pronounces "The Outrageous Okona" wrong.

He did make a few blunders when writing it...probably because when he wrote it, the DVDs (etc) weren't out yet, and he hadn't ACTUALLY seen most of these episodes for a long time, and just used an episode list to write the song!

I am sure when he performs this song now he doesn't make those mistakes

It's true! They're not actually in order--the songwriter doesn't claim that they're in order, he admits that he shuffled them a bit so they would rhyme and scan better. Whoever made the youtube comment is the first person I've seen claim that they're in order. But good job noticing!! :-)
