O falsete deste som é muito interessante. A proposta não era fazer nenhum som pesado, mas conseguiu mostrar uma freqüencia e intensidade semelhantes. Esse é meu álbum preferido da fase pop do Yes.
That was AMAZING, my friend! You are awesome! :) I LOVE LOVE LOVE that guitar sound. What amps and effects do you use? I have a tiny pee-shooter practice amp, so I don't know much about good sound. LOL I LOVE all the Yes stuff. I'm still pretty fixated on 91025. This has to be one of the heaviest songs I've EVER heard. LOL Yours was exact buddy! Right on!
Why doesn`t anybody have a go at the guitar part for The Gates of Delirium from Relayer? I would have a go myself but it would end up sounding like one of Christina Agulera`s farts. eeuuww...coconut and fly burp!
Not bad...timimg a lil off...I thought I heard a Pink Floyd solo towards the end. Looks like you were trying to play both guitar parts, I would stick with either solo or rhythm. The guitar sound you are getting is awesome.
K\ude good timing has it's good price!! One trick and your stuck with the dice! How we Jive and Jingle while their in your back yard!!!!! When your their sacrifice!!!! YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
msot exell perform Dude again Fight th e sysetem ;pleaseW!!
Could you do an updated video with the music more in the background and your playing more pronounced? It's easy to make mistakes and not get noticed when the music is loud enough.
I'm a great Yes fan and they got me started on the boards in 84. Can play about every song, but this one. Tell me the chord break down after "...for the night to come" You are flat out great and Trevor, watch out, this guy kicks ass!
I'm in the Peoples Republic of China right now on business and have been unable to touch a guitar in a month, but here goes:
The guitar chord forms are exactly like the D, and Dminor chord forms, that progress down from the 7th fret, so that would make the progression in that spot your asking:
G, Fm, Em, D..
D, Em, D, Em.. straight chords but interesting voicings.
dude you need to join a tribute band or something. I'm not sure I buy this format, but you appear to be playing a good version! I look forward to seeing the upload of a full band tribute performance. Get away from your camera for a while and find a drummer, bassist and... singer (sorry!)
I tried a Steely Dan Tribute band this year, but it was just too much work, so intense. I am in a classic rock band and we are playing out now. I do this for fun.
Stratman.. I am a MAJOR Rabin fan. If you havent heard it yet, Rabin's solo CD "I can't Look away" is FANTASTIC. His older solo Cds not as good, generally. Big Generator, also amazing. Overall Trevor is without equal.
Yeah, although I liked Steve Howe, that Rabin guy had a really intersting impact on Yes, which I thought was great, he had more of a real rock influence. This particular song was a great challenge.
Very well put. he had an authentic Rock influence on them. And to boot, he has a strong Classical influence ,too. Specifically the American composers Aaron Copland,Berstein etc. I dont take Howes remarks seriously...he just doesnt understand Rabins' grasp.
I would give my neighbors 1st born child for some good YES midi files, especially for this album, I don't have any backup tracks at all. This is straight up tuning, no "Drop D". To get that deep tone on a bar chord for E, add the extra A root below the E on the fifth string; i.e., a chord consisting of 5-5-7-7-7-X. That lower A adds a nice rich sub-harmonic 4th when using bar chords in the "A" position. I'll check your vid for sure. Thanks.
Very cool! I'm looking for backing tracks or something for this album. Please check out my CHANGES solo and comment. Is city of love in drop D tuning? it kinda sounds like it to me.
thanks buddy, having graduated from the high school class of 1975, you know we were all trippin on the Yes Album, Fragile, and then Close to the edge, but then in the 80's I somehow fixated on the 90125 album, loved Trevor Rabin on the guitar. Thanks for your comments.

Toledo rocked in the 80s when this came out.
I miss those days and the bitches that came with them. Now those same women are a bunch of old dames who dont wanna have fun.
Screw you Toledo broads in your 40s. Your a boring lot; even you single ones.
