@AKLd95 Post-op, or post-operation, usually refers to the surgery where the vagina is removed and the transformation is pretty much complete (the reverse of course if the trans person is MTF rather than FTM). Pre vs Post op is pretty much the big transition point genital-wise.

This is what I don't get & maybe someone can educate me? I am a gay M, & even gays are just as ignorant as straights. If the desire is to become the opposite sex, esp. female to male, but you can never have a penis, as it is near impossible to create, why bother then? @shannan2000 Most transmen don't get bottom-surgery because the results are not that great (usually) and it's really painful. And testosterone makes the voice deeper so you just develop an adams apple as a result of that.

@Braundzign go buy 30 mL of test and start injecting 500 mg/wk for 12 weeks. use arimidex .5 mg every other day starting week 3-week 13. starting 2 weeks after the last injection begin using tamoxifen citrate 30 mg's for the 1st week then 20 mg's for 4 more weeks and 10 mgs for 1 more week. also use clomifene citrate 75 mg's 1st week 50 for the next 3 and 25 for last 2.
u can use human chorionic gondatropin from weeks 6-13 at 250IU 2x a week and 500 IU 2x a week last 2 weeks.

@shannan2000 Most transmen don't get bottom-surgery because the results are not that great (usually) and it's really painful. And testosterone makes the voice deeper so you just develop an adams apple as a result of that.

@shannan2000 I'm pre-op (top surgery). Unless bottom surgery techniques improve a lot during my lifetime, I will not have bottom surgery. As for the pregnant man, he didn't have bottom surgery or have a hysto, which means he still has the ability to carry a child.

@Braundzign go buy 30 mL of test and start injecting 500 mg/wk for 12 weeks. use arimidex .5 mg every other day starting week 3-week 13. starting 2 weeks after the last injection begin using tamoxifen citrate 30 mg's for the 1st week then 20 mg's for 4 more weeks and 10 mgs for 1 more week. also use clomifene citrate 75 mg's 1st week 50 for the next 3 and 25 for last 2.
u can use human chorionic gondatropin from weeks 6-13 at 250IU 2x a week and 500 IU 2x a week last 2 weeks.
eat a lot of food.

Love ur routine. Usually I do Upper one day and Lower the next 5days a week. But Im a try ur suggestion and work one body part a day that may be what I need.
P.S. Your facial hair looks great. In my opinion if you feel its getting messy just clean it up a bit as you let it grow.
