  • @rlane91 Agreed, I have to concentrate super hard to understand you.

  • What was the pianist doing?! A very strong vocal performance almost destroyed by diabolical accompaniment..

  • Fantastic!!! That was amazing! Btw, do you know where they got the music for it? I can't find it anywhere :[[[

  • aha, snuck a little breathiepoo in the middle of the word only and thought nobody's notice, eh? ;)

Very, very good work. Really. I would have pegged you for a baritone at first, but you have a good deal of ease in that high tessitura. Nice dim after the A there as well.

BTW, where'd you get the piano score for this piece? It's not in the songbook :(

  • amazing voice!!! keep up the good work

i used the song as an audition piece recently and my high school is doing the scarlet pimpernel and i may be cast as percy

    anyway amazing performance

  • Perphaps one of the best version of this song! such passion and the vocals are brillant. Keep it up fella!

  • Great voice! Make me cry I'm serious. Keep up that talent!

  • WOW! I love this song so much! I want to see the show so bad. I'm so angry it doesn't play Broadway anymore.

Fabulous expression and GORGEOUS voice! I am very impressed. You've really got a lot of strength behind your voice too! Wow!

  • Thank you so very much!

  • this is fab! <3

  • a bit pitchy at times but great tone and fantastic support...very nice

  • Montclair? When I went to PMEA District 10 Chorus (#2 baritone :D) we were directed by Dr. Buchanan. She's amazing. I'm sure you know her?

Regardless, your voice is beautifully controlled, especially with the A flat and the F at the end. As you were approaching those notes I was like "Oh, no." Then you pulled them off.

  • I know Prof. Buchanan well. I am in MSU Chorale and University Singers on campus, both of which she directs. She is a brilliant conductor.

  • It's really things like this that make me want to be a music/voice major very badly.

I'm going into pre-med in college because of (grand)parental pressure; even if I pull that off I hope I will not regret that, despite all the money I could potentially make lol.

But, as I'm still in high school, I don't know how my voice will turn out, though it seems to be shaping up like yours. yay. And with opera singers for parents, I take all my lessons from them. xD

  • cool. I have a recording of myself doing Tu Lo Sai up. check it out, it's a more operatic sound .

  • GReat voice, I was really impressed, I am in Mexico, and I am an AMDA alumni, directing now in my country, this song is one my favorites and I know is very hard, Is off pitch in certaing phrases, but that is nothing that you can not resolve with more rehearsal, even that, congrats!! very well done, the voice is forward and grounded, the color and choices with the actions are precise and clear, clean and respectfull with the original score. Great !! Keep doing what your are doing until now!!!!

  • thank you very much!

  • This is absolutely incredible.

    You have a gorgeous voice.

  • made me cry that night ^_< <3<3<3
