I think Conan should go back to having his own show under a new name for 1 hour debut . Then Leno and Fallon for a half hour each till they pick up the ratings and not piss off the audience with the roller coaster drama. Keep it stable

As mentioned in the video, NBC didn't give Conan enough time to garner a wider viewership. And according to them, Jay Leno's 10pm show hindered the performance of the programs behind him. Especially against Conan's show.

I believe Jay to be a nice person/personality; I don't have anything against him. I watched his Tonight Show at times. But logically, it seems his removal from 10pm would have solved a problem or two at NBC.

If Conan is to be successful Leno needs to go. I am not saying Leno is not a bad host he just has been around scene Carson retired. Problem is people need to know how to deal with change.

Leno is good, but Conan's humor is more funnier and edgier, and appeals to the younger audience.

Also, Conan and his crew moved with their families from NY to LA for the Tonight Show, and they all get screwed after 7 months
