Our printer always says the scanning process has failed..its won't scan anything to our computer and won't let us do anything from the computer...Any Help?
I just bought one to replace the ESP 3250. Well it is even worse I'm done with Kodak. You can check out the vid I posted of me destroying the ESP 3250 on my channel. I used my 12 ga shotgun.

It has gone down three times in two months requiring me to seek help to the point I had to have someone from India take control of my computer to fix the problem each time. Almost every day there is a Firmware Update sometimes twice a da The Update screen cannot be minimalized and cannot be sent to the back so it is right there in your face covering the screen and very annoying to the point of being maddening. I can't stress enough how bad this printer is
For a CAMERA VIDEO ya think they would NOT chop off part of the guys' head! No wonder he was messing up near the end...no access to that part of his brain. Poor guy.
On printer, press home button > Choose copy document > Choose quality > Choose Black and White > Use down arrow button and select "Save as Defaults".
On computer, click on start > choose control panel "Printers and Faxes" or "Devices and Printers". Right click on KODAK Printer icon and select Printing Preferences > Select advanced > Choose "Black and white".
i got mine for 51 including tax... i cant afford ink for my canon mx420 so i decided to bought this to save some money :))

i have one but i cant set it to black and white for printing documents. so it keeps using all my color ink. can anyone help please?????
