@joellynmorgan yeah she dances ALOT. Plus I've noticed most asian cuisine (korean,japanese,etc...) is healthy. Even the noodles are wheat. They don't use hardly any sugar or flour. They hardly ever eat dairy. Lots of fruit and veggies, rice, fish, and lots of green tea. Its no wonder that they have the lowest obesity rates, they don't stuff themselves with mcdonalds, pizza, and soda like americans do.
