@RassBrass Yes! It works exceptionally well for sausages ranging from 19 to 90MM+. Including merguez.

@Justinhawthorne The sausage featured in this video is a simple Polish Sausage Seasoning that we make in-house and sell, very authentic and very delicious (Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Marjoram). The meat was boston butt (pork shoulder/picnic) ground with 1/4" plate. About the Huuku Honeycomb Casings, they look nice but, sausage did not always get into each honeycomb pocket. Our line of dehydrators are the best, all very high quality!
