dust mites are good in a way because they eat dead skin,if they did not we would breath in that crap.

it's pretty much impossible to remove dust mites from your house so don't waste time and money trying to do it.

Yes they can make you feel itchy. You can also experience more difficult breathing, tiredness, burning dry like eyes, if you are very sensitive to Dust Mite you might be able to smell it in some very infested places like waiting rooms that have carpets.

My comment was somewhat tongue-in cheek:), of course 99% is more than satisfactory and I was splitting hairs!

I have not seen the tests myself, but understand they were carried out in Germany.  I'll see if I can find out more.

99% removal is good, but in independent tests The Mattress Doctor process has been shown to remove 99.97%. The other 0.03% of foreign material is destroyed by UVC light that kills all DNA leaving the mattress 100% sterile.
