Oh and if this help, the easiest way to do hoodie is just by making a pattern from an old one or from a t shirt (and u add the sleeves). And than just sew it all together and always backstitch! :) Good luck!

jersey or just cotton, depends on what u want.check out through the internet for the hoodie u like and take a look from which material its made, for exemple 70% cotton, 30% polyester (adidas hoodie). :) hope this helps!
