Yes, it is detected in both online and offline races. The 24/7 Tournaments are also recorded in the database. Of course, you can use it for say, two races to get perfect r/t and et, but, you probably wont want to do it much more. If it gets to obvious that you are cheating, you're going to get banned.

This cheat is VERY possible, but its also detected. Its a cheat engine speed hack glitch which is gay. Just a note that all races are recorded in the nitto database, and a cron checks for a ration of e/t to b/k. If there are to many races with perfect, you will be permanently banned from the game, which is NOT worth it. If you can't play fair, you shouldn't play at all.
