@deathgaze05 Basically in this ending Makoto chooses Sekai. Kotonoha can't handle it so she tells them that they will never be happy together. She drops her phone to get their attention before she jumps. She wanted them to see it so that way they truly could never be happy together. So her killing herself was her last attempt to split them up, and it worked. Does that explain it for you or do you need more details?
