I had a cadet that wanted to paint the side of a building out in the woods. He got to the top and was going to rappel down while painting after learning how to tie a swiss seat. A good idea at the time until he decided to jumped off the top instead of walking it down. The carabiner got tangled and reversed on him. That locks everything so you can't move. He hung there for 3 hours until someone rescued him. His legs went to sleep as well as his manhood.

I am the Cadet Command Sergeant Major of my Army JROTC unit. That swiss seat is WRONG. W-R-O-N-G. You didnt double safety the sides whatsoever. I'd have to inspect it, but that looked like crap. CSM out.
