Rev. McFarland is a dynamic minister. He preached in Atlanta at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church where the minister is O.L. Blackshear at revival for the whole week and if you didn't get revived it was your own fault because this young man preached. I can't wait until next year to hear him again. My soul was truly revived and I thank GOD for this minister.

I think that is the problem with us. We get to tied up on what a person has on instead of paying attention to the message. If he had on a robe or a suit the conversation would be on who does his suits or robes. We need to focus on the word. Last I checked the Bible said come as you are.

I can tell you are a Traditional Baptist, who said he need a robe or a suit. It's not in the bible, three years ago. I was in a preaching bowl, and a preacher who did'nt have a tailored suit or shirt got up to preach and shut the house down!!!!

It's a big difference between tradition and doctrine. Just like it's not doctrine that women can't wear pants in church, it's not doctrine that preachers have to wear robes or suits eiher....come to think of it....very rarely will you see a preacher wear robes nowadays....
