  • Nice demo, thanks. Will be picking this knife up soon.

Kinda odd how you keep calling it a Shun Ken and an Onion Knife, though. For those unfamiliar, it's a Shun, it's a Chef's Knife, and it's designed by Ken Onion. Yes, the guy's last name is Onion.

  • he sucks at cutting lol that lemon was all ....well you know the word lol jk

  • struggle on the lemon chops, but a good demo

  • Thanks Greenmarine5. The 10" chef knife of any brand can be a bit unwieldy. An 8" chef knife is probably the most popular length, especially for home users.

  • Thank you chef for the Video Review...I am looking for a shun for home use and this video helped me decide that this is not the product for me. I'm very interested in shun knifes and will buy one, maybe a regular 8" shun chef knife is more for me.

Thanks again your video was very helpful

  • Thank you chef. I was out of ideas for a wedding present for my cousin, but you just dropped it in my lap. Thanks again.

  • how much sharpening does it need?

  • "severing the skull"

  • Here is a link to the original page which has a link to purchase the Shun Ken.

Go to the chefs-resources site above and add this extension.
