  • @christymeglio Please tell me all of those people weren't relatives. Whenever I see 30+ people going up on stage like that, it usually turns out that some of them are just audience members that want to be on camera.

  • @taurnguard I would be very suprised if it wasn't the general audience, like in some of the other tournament wins. I believe they allowed family and friends, then let the whole audience come down, then scaled it back to family and friends again during the Clark era (someone can correct me on this). Seeing some of the scenes from when the whole audience came down, mugging for the camera, and getting in the way of the camera, I think that is the reason(s) they scaled it back again.

  • 1:40 A sea of bad '80s hair... Lol.

  • pressmin just posted the win qualifying for the tournament. You can look at my playlist or search for "Pyramid Game Show Bonus Round #49" (or of course, go to pressmin's channel).

  • @christymeglio Were u the one screaming "MOM!" @ the end of the clip??

  • GSN has been airing her run toward the title this week, Debbie was a genius. Totally deserved it. Ok, FINE! Had a little crush on her too. I remember watching this when I was home sick from school.

  • Notice how Dick Clark delays coming back onto the stage for a few moments after the win. He understood how not to mess with such a genuine emotional moment. A small but very classy move.

  • @jjm31usa My favorite part was right when Debbie knew she'd just won the money. When she guessed "Things That Are Violent," she screamed and bounded out of her chair to hug Markie, only to just collapse back into her chair in total disbelief... It was like she was so taken aback at winning the $100,000, that she just had to sit back down again! She was just beside herself! Loved it... :-D

  • @christymeglio

Good for her. She was a great pyramid player. I remember watching her. Well deserved.

  • MARKIE POST!!!!!!!!!!!! <3

  • @christymeglio That's awesome! Are you up on stage here?

  • Love the "Markie Mullet."

  • @hibob418 Both Markie and Debbie had mullets... Nice...

  • ahhh I remember when 100,000 bought you more than half a suburban home and a couple of cups at starbucks ;)

  • right on!!!!!! i'm so glad for ur mom, urself, and the rest of ur family! i hope everything has gone well for you all! she is one of the best players i ever saw play the game. again, congratulations!!

  • Is it me or did Markie Post use the phrase "bombed Hiroshima" in the clues for "What a Bomb Might Say"

  • I'm not sure, but it would not have mattered, since the contestant guessed it right before Markie said that. If Markie did say that, she had a VERY lucky break.

  • she said "and Hiroshima". no worries

  • This episode should air on GSN sometime next week!

  • It aired today.

  • Good clue giving Markie Post!! I think that's who the celebrity is

  • @WSBT960 yes it was Markie Post

  • The A-Team... I love it...

  • Your mom earned every penny of that $129,000+. I'm really glad she won it all. Congrats to her!! (21 years later ;))

  • Sweet. Your mom steamrolled through that tournament. Absolutely incredible. She was definitely a total bad-ass pyramid player.

  • If I am not mistaken she went ot every single winner's circle except ONE during the tournament before she won

  • She went on 7 times before winning this one.

  • OMG! Debbie's hair is way better these days!

  • OMG, r u serious? :O That's so cool!

  • Both women were hot...

  • Even though they won, on the category of "Things that are Violent", instead of thinking about some TV show, why not think of tornadoes, hurricanes, wildfires, etc...

  • Really, I never would have thought of natural disaster clues. I would have said "an R-rated movie."

  • For "violence" I would say criminals.

  • I loved the $100,000 Pyramid. May Dick Clark continue to recover.

  • I'll continue to pray for him.
