I think the uploader was a bit confused, it was released as "Young Huang Fei Hong" and I think the uploader confused it with the "Huang Fei Hong" series featuring Jet Li.
What was left out of the ending was that the boy - Wong- Fe- Hung - was inspired by his father and the Iron Monkey, and eventually grew up to become the new governor of that same province, and under his rule the province prospered. Saw that in the DVD version years ago.
