  • Love the extended intro and outro on this extended version.

  • in my next life...i wanna be THE BOSS !!

  • @MrFerbye who is the boss??

  • @blackteets I hope you're joking

  • @LucaRoy49 no...sorry

  • @blackteets The Boss is Bruce Springesteen!!!

  • @LucaRoy49 why call him the boss??? i love this song but really don't understand the boss part

  • @blackteets later it just

google it. At start of the carrier he was in charge of the money and where to go sing...he was something like manger to in his band. They started to call him boss as a joke... stay that way...

  • awesome; bruce legend amongst legends

  • How this masterpiece of a song was not even nominated for the Best Song Oscar is beyond comprehension..

  • 1 don't like this? Why, why, why? Are u depressed?

  • Did they give another one to Sean Penn for playing a you-know-what in that movie called... what was it called?

  • this music make me calm *.*

  • This song really again proves why The Boss rules! Awesome! Wish my songs would just touch his shadow!

  • bruce springsteen! the king of the kings!

  • Aronofsky is one of the best movie directors, but the Academy don't recognize it. When I look at the Oscars and how Aronofskys work is always ignored, I see how insignificant the Oscar really is.

I mean they should have given the Oscar to Rourke, they should have given the Oscar to Ellen Burstyn and I have no doubt in my mind, that Natalie Portman is going to be at least nominated for her role in Black Swan.

This is how a movie should work: With Acting in the center.

  • I love Bruce but this is a DCFC intro look alike.

  • This why i have followed the boss for 30 years now Cause he is the best songwriter and performer alive today

  • @geoffkelly1 He's such a down-to-earth fella', I'd love to have a beer and some chat with him.

  • Only the boss could produce such a fitting tune to go hand in glove for this movie; Brilliant

  • Bruce should reinvent his marketing image as the awesome rock star he is....imagine "Radio Nowhere" with a video like U2's "Vertigo", performances at shows like the VMAs...he could still be huge (and his albums still sell, Magic did 4.8m and Working On A Dream 3m which is great for these times).

  • so sad and so amazing ... one of the best soundtracks

  • easily best film of the decade, screw TDK, this is the film of the teenies as like Rocky and Ed Wood, the film carries a metaphor for life

  • @PushingAPullDoor Sorry....but whats TDK? :$

  • @bruv4eva The Dark Knight

  • @Isle0fRed lol cheers mate :P

  • this song captures the mood of the movie perfectly

  • Continuation: My father's pursuit for his own succes broke our family, and he distanced himself from us. Still I loved him and understood him: his strenght came from his own emotional wounds he suffered as a child. Therefore I thought that this song was suitable to honor his memory.

  • I performed this song in my father's memorial service 24.10.2009. I thought that it was in many ways suitable for the ocassion. My father was a wrestler in a sense that he fought he's way from a plain working man to the boss of a local electric company. It took 40 years, but he wrestled through the ranks, and finally at the age of 57 he was the top dog with over 100 employees. I didn't think that the words did any injustice to his life's work. The song was a tribute to his life. This in Finland.

  • Awesome singer Awesome song

  • I get so jealous of Bruce, I can never write songs like this, although I constantly try to improve my song-writing

  • one of his best, and that says a lot..

  • My my my

Words CNT even describe how much I live this song this video and the gorgeous talented mAn singing it!

Bruce Springsteen is genius this song was made for the movie!! It was destiny that he was chosen to write the song!!

    I feel that

    Bob Dylan freed our minds

    Elvis Presley freed our souls

And Bruce Springsteen does the perfect mixture of both!!

    Long live THE BOSS

  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Amazing song and video...he rocked Hampden :-)

  • Tell me about it. Hampden was bouncing!

  • EXCELENTE CANCION

  • del piero.

  • Very touching song and amazing video. Thanks so much for sharing it.

The stark contrast between his buff appearance and the achingly sorrowful lyrics just stabs my soul...

  • It actually stabs the soul, I like your title Majoad, one from "grapes of wrath"...

  • best song i have heard in a long time from bruce springsteen and this is going in a stop motion video soon

    Also SUBSCRIBE TO ECFIMPACT

  • This is the best song the boss has written in years.

  • He is simply amazing

  • one and only.

  • he the man

  • the one and the only, the boss

  • When Bruce does a song for a movie he really connects. This song and with Streets Of Philidelphia.

I think he really captured this movies leading role with this song .

Good thinking of Micky Rourke to choose Bruce for the soundtrack.

  • Man is he built, I'd like to see him box

  • Brrrrrrrrrrrrruuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccccceeeeeeeeee

  • He is amazing, I truly have never ever seen anyone like him live- he is relentless. His talent is up there with the all time greats, his writing is poetic and profound...bruce is americas son.

Neil Young, Neil Diamond, The Boss, Hendrix, Dylan- all timelss and beautiful in their own way- Bruce has the best blend between hypnotic and rockin then any of them- though young is right there with him.

  • i luv this song!

i'm dieing to hear a live version from bruce

i wonder what hes like in real life

    anyone ever met him??

im gonna see his concert in july in ireland!
