bought a samsung camcorder and I'm at a loss, I thought I was getting
quality of an object, it was a stolen, damaged the machine came from the factory and
they do not propose a single alternative that I was returning the money,
had lower ombridade not give me another alternative but to accept the
money back, this is absurd ...

@freeed023 i can't help you... you should switch all contacts from PHONE to the SIM CARD....firmware will delete all games, apps, contacts, and other things like Settings.

@MrDekkii iphone firmware ??..that is something else.. name of this firmware is "6themes"...and you can just change the main menu icons and nothing else..
