a small bottle is 6 ounces and around here a ounce is 25 so ur gunna be spending like atleast 120 unless u get it prescribed and the promethazine is in codiene so u wont get queezy n puke it up cuz codiene is a opiate so imagin drinking herion with sugar ur gunna puke lol you gotta be carefull though with what u do when ur leanin cuz ive overdosed on lean and xanax so id be even more carefull with alcohol cuz lean already has 10% in it so it wont freeze so yea fuck wayne bang that screw

mayn i lace all my blunts with lean idk what you roll but i gut open a swisher sweet grape rillo and fill a lil plastic syring that holds only 5ml and dip a lil on the inside n rub it all around after you roll up put sum more on the outside and there you go you got urself a nice yada numsayn but its alot cheaper to get it prescribed i paid about 5 dollars for 6 ounces when i bought my prescription this month and i got 1 refill each bottle is 6 ounces and without helcare its about 20 bucks
but you cant jus go up there n ask for syrup you need a reason if you want codiene with promethazine(purple or red) then you gotta have the symptons to get it like havin a heavy cough or the flu you gotta be sick and the hydrocodone(yellow) is a pain medication i got it because i got robbed n my back got scratched up and so did my knee i went to the hospital for legal reasons n got 10 lortabs on the spot next day went again for a physical and got my hydrocodone prescription cuz that shit hurt :P
