Considering this game came out an entire year after WWF Wrestlemania 2000, you could not only say this is the worst concept to a wrestling video game ever. I think you could say this was the worst competitive release in any genre ever.

@CadillacL : You know what's funny about this is that EA actually bought the company(AKI/Asmik) responsible for the REAL wrestling games like No Mercy, WCW VS. The World etc, several years after this.  I wished that EA would give it one more shot so that we could see a wrestling game with the AKI engine in HD graphics. Even if it is just a generic wrestling game, or maybe an ROH wrestling game.

I have to agree with Larry, Nitro is so crappy I regret ever having it. Mayhem was better than this one atleast, and I heard Thunder is another Nitro. WCW games in general sucked except for World Tour and to a lesser extent Revenge. The best video game would be the best parts of Wrestlemania 2000 and No Mercy and being able to move and set up tables. Maybe putting things on fire too. but those times are gone :/
