  • yeah, well it's apparent you're not a big reader

  • Hola Brava,

Know what, I like your bravado and honesty and though I might not get you completely and sometimes you sound like the typical whiny NY Jew, I think you are cute and sometimes hot and just out there. Happy New Year guapa!

    Micaela,

  • Can I just say... after having watched pretty much allllll the videos on the beaver bunch, this is PROBABLY the only video that your green eyes, b-e-a-uuuutiful green eyes have actually shown through..no.. the color of your eyes was actually visible (due to the sun in your eyes lol)

and the colour is just mesmorizing. not to say it in a stalker-ish way. no. just wanted to point those out that you have really pretty eyes :D lol im a loser.

  • Like...you have the most beautiful eyes colour EVER!Too bad that you switched position...and, just to let yuo know, Harry Potter is way better than Twilight. Seriously.

  • I don't drive either and I can't drive because I don't have a car... =(

  • your a winner in my book :D

  • dont worry im not big on reading but i read skulduggery pleasant i love it, i love art too and i write poems lol

  • oh please don't worry about the driving thing. As a NYC girl myself, there is a variety of public transportation available, subway, bus, train, cab, hell walking. if i wouldn't have moved, i don't think i would have ever gotten my driver's license. so, don't sweat it.

  • Wow I'm reading the comments and it's great to know I'm not the only one who doesn't drive. I'm 19 and still haven't even gotten my permit yet. Lol. Hopefully soon. Did you end up gettin your licence?

  • hey don't feel bad i'm going to be 24 in July and I don't drive either, but I used to, and I still have my license, but after I was in a car accident it's kind of scared me out of wanting to drive.

  • I don't really read either. Don't read Twilight, it's really shitty writing, not worth the time. && Your eyes are beautiful.

  • Well, when you live in NYC...there is no need for a driver's license. I've had mine since I was 16, but I lived in a fucking corn field in Indiana...so when I lived in NYC...it was pointless for me to even have a driver's license...so don't feel bad...because NYC is just too kickass for anyone to need a license

  • haha, i'm 18 and i don't drive, o learners permit or anything.

i thought that was bad. i dont really care that much for driving.

i used to read teen novels and stuff but i grew out of them and now i don't know what to read. hah

  • poor thing...don't read twilight

  • I can't read either

  • I don't 'swap' books with people. I do give books to friends though. I also loan books. But my 'to read' pile is around 300+ books...

  • Read ANYTHING but the twilight series, please.

Coming from a writer, The writing is horrid, terrible, extraordinarily bad.

  • lol...Im there w/ ya..i dont really read too much...i read very selected few...and design stuff...but just because you dont read books all the time doesnt mean your stupid.its just not your thing.

  • I don't read either...well I can I just choose not to...however i have read the Twilight series...and I must say it's fantabulous! so have you started reading the series yet?!

  • NOOO TWILIGHT? Ew! Gross!

Worst Mary-Sue fanfic style series ever :0

  • the twilight series is amazing...dont worry about not reading....the harry potter books were kinda boring to me

  • I dun read either except for the books that I'm assigned :D As for swapping books a freind let me borrow his embriology boook for a semester does that count?

  • Just curious, do you have any favorite books of the ones that you have read before?

  • Seriously, don't worry about the whole not knowing how to drive/don't have a driver's license. If it's not really necessary for your lifestyle then more power to you. For what it's worth, I didn't get my license until I was almost 19.

  • Psst... Can you keep a secret??? I mean really, not tell anyone??? I can't drive either. Nope, my girlfriend made me drive her truck down the street. She tld me to turn and I almost drove into a house. Cars that were not on the road decided to make an appearance and I held up traffic because I tried to turn a corner. Since then I've driven once in a parking lot going aproximately 3mph and one time tried to back up and almost made a complete circle in reverse. So our secret, okay?

  • who's read "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder" by Vincent Bugliosi?

  • Dude! You live in NYC! Why on earth would you need to drive?! I didn't get my license until I moved to San Francisco at the age of 24. Who needs a car when you have the MTA??

  • omd's never read harry potter it's shit

  • spotted at the luxor hotel!

    (minus bra)

  • i dont like reading either... but i love writing... its weird... and drivings not all that... its cool the first month... but after that its like ahhh im getting tired of driving lol

  • How did it go? :)

  • OMG an American that doesn't drive? Stunned! lol!

Hey, I'm just really impressed that you go to Vegas on Business trips! That sounds Soooo grown up!

  • HAHA - yes yes.

    I still feel like I'm 12 sometimes.

  • it's okay. I don't read either.

  • woot woot!

  • Next time you tell people you don't read much or drive, just tell them that it's for the environment. Then start screaming about how books kill trees and cars pollute our air damn it! Your hobbies are victims for the cause! lol

  • That is exactly what I'll do! HAHA - perfect!

  • Dude you live in NY, driving is SO not necessary =)

  • I agree!

  • Oh sweet you replied. Quick request, plz tell Jess to go check her personal channel cuz i did a video response to her Peanut butter vid. Tell her to leave a comment cz it would make my life.

PS- ur superhot, <3 this channel

    love from the Bahamas! kthnxbye

  • Short stories are the way to go sometimes. The problem with novels is they are long, its a commitment, and even avid readers can't get past the blah blah blah sometimes. Audio, a damn good story (short or long) and a sexy voice--close your eyes and listen, trust me, youll like fiction.

    ...I don't drive either.

  • Hmmm - good point!

I'm glad I'm not the only one :)

  • Oh my god... your eyes are AMAZING. Seriously, prettiest eyes ever.

  • HAHA - awe, thank you!

  • You don't have to justify anything, Babe!!

We all have our own strengths and if you don't have the same strengths I do, I would STILL watch you :)

    We already know your playfulness, frankness, & motivation are great. You have many strengths, there is no doubt. It's ok to cater to your strengths, do what you care about, and leave the rest to others who just LOVE doing that stuff :0}

  • I'm printing this out and putting it on my fridge!

  • SWEET, my compliment for Michelle gets a spot coveted by 6 year old children everywhere!!

    :0}

  • hey, that's cool that you don't drive! I'm strongly considering giving up my car, even though transit where I live(especially at the hour at which I get off work) isn't stellar. All in the name of saving some money and being a bit greener.

I just finished 'Twilight' (like, an hour ago) - it was good. I definitely have my criticisms, which I won't get into, but it was a pretty gripping story! Hope you enjoy it!

  • It seems to be the popular book at the moment...so I'm thinking why not...hopefully I'll like it.

And I'm all for a greener money saving no driving lifestyle...haha...but I'm bias.

  • Ok Michelle.. I actually admire that you can get thru life without driving. I wish I wasn't so car dependent. Also, and forgive me for this, I wondered for a second if you were going to say there were erotic novels next to your bed. The way you prefaced it, I really thought it was going to be something like that! Business books and driving manuals?? totally threw me. Lol.. Hope I didn't offend!

  • HAHAHAHA - sadly, no erotic novels :)

  • High school English classes put me off reading for at least a decade. I had to redicover it later. But yeah, you should drive.

What kind of work do you do?

  • Yeah, damn those English classes!

    Corporate Communications :)

  • Corporate communications? You must have trained the people where I work--they show no evidence of wanting to read things either!!

  • What beavers in Vegas stays in Vegas. Wait that doesn't really work... ;p

  • HAHAH - you tried and thats all that matters.

  • haha michele, your still a winner to me! :)

  • awe, thank you :) haha

  • Good luck learning to drive!

  • Thank you!

  • im not a big reader either. i like you better that your like that too

  • HAHA - yay for liking me better :)

  • omg, and I thought I was the only person who didn't drive. This is fantastic!

I honestly hate to drive.. I've grown up in a bigger city and plan to live in one (although not the same one) when I get older. Public transportation and physical activity just seem so much more appealing to me :/

  • Sing it sista!

  • you don't drive, and you don't read much...BE PROUD MISS THANGG

    :]

  • HAHA - thank you shari!

  • My best friend doesn't drive either - and she lives in TX where she really should. But I still love her, and you! Especially when you live near a big city - its not really a requirement. Oh, and I like people who read - but I like people who are intelligent enough to listen and provide feedback even better. So as long as you can do that, you're good!

  • I'm a great listener :)

  • My last comment wasn't in responce to the video. I enjoyed it. I live in Vegas so it was great to have you. My comment was directed at the person asking how the weather is in Vegas. REALLY? It just bugs me when people ask that question online where they have weather reports from every part of the world at their finger tips. I hate when replies have nothing to do with the video.

  • HAHAHA - you'll learn to let go of many comments you read on the Tubes.

  • Great video, it's ok your not a reader. I think as long as you can read, then your fans can forgive you. I mean really if you think about it, the kids growing up in the school systems these days can't read worth a crap. Anyways, take care and have a safe trip!

  • I can read...lol.

  • i wish i didn't have to know how to drive. i would sell my car in a second if i could get around without it. it's such a huge expense.

  • yeah, that's what I hear!

  • It's a shame that so few Americans read. While it's certainly not a prerequisite for curiosity or intellectual passion, reading certainly helps.

Twilight's an interesting book, though I don't recommend the rest of the series. The main character grows progressively weaker. As a feminist, I felt my soul die a little as I watched this girl only find happiness, character, and personality through her boyfriend, then husband.

  • I don't really agree with you on the American comment...I'm actually the odd man out here by not reading.

hmmmm - that it sad if that's her reference for happiness.

  • I don't really read either, so more power to you. ^_^

I read the occasional book, but definitely not an active reader.

I don't really like driving, so I can completely understand you not driving. I didn't really have a choice when it came to driving though. Several of my friends waiting a couple years after they took the class to get their licenses. Good Luck!

  • waited* not waiting. That was going to bug me. haha.

  • HAHA - you're allowed to comment more than once :)

  • You don't drive?

  • I don't drive

  • yeah on "business"

    =]

  • lol...shh don't blow my cover!

  • whats the weather like it vegas?

  • HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!and DRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Is that all you could come up with to say? lame.

  • WOW

I was more shocked that you dont drive... there are no words...

but still you seem like a winner, even if you dont drive and read.

  • HAHA - I know I know :)

  • I don't drive either. I have a license, but I only use it as an ID at bars.

  • HAHA - that's a great way to use your license!

  • lol. Neither do I Michelle. Neither do I.

  • haha - sweet!

  • You live in NYC there's no reason for you to drive.

  • Very true!

  • Ok, you don´t read and you don´t drive. Not that this is a bad thing, but now I´m curious what your job is :)

  • Corporate Communications :)

  • *haha* seriously? That´s what I am doing as well :)

  • Why should you read books if you don't like to? why should you drive if you've managed to get by so far without doing it? what's the big deal

  • all very good points...haha

  • I am also not a big reader as well. I own books but I dont read actively. Hope you enjoyed Vegas even though its for buisness. you know with the sunlight your gorgeous green eyes look even more amazing. I should move to New York and be your chauffer. and you don't have to drive. I only drive because I grew up in B.F.E Texas and ppl driver there when they are 12!! Take Care

    Your Biggest Fan

    Jayde

  • HAHA - yes, chauffer :)

    Awe, thank you Jayde!

  • It's okay, It took me a while to get my license because i kept failing the driver's test. I've had my license for almost a year, and i don't even have a car. So i have to bike to class.

    I think you're totally awesome!

    -Elizabeth

  • Awe, thank you Elizabeth!!! Biking is awesome!

  • don't drive.

    BIKE!

  • Bike ftw :)

  • I only got my licence about 3 years ago and I am 32... lol

  • You give me hope...lol...lots of hope :)

  • BOOM. art books!

    -illustration now

    -eboy hello

    GO FORTH!

  • I <3 you Hannah!

  • and i love the beaver bunch! its like the circle of life.. with beavers.

  • not driving is a goood thing, i was 'forced' to get my licence but i refuse to drive. cars are rubbish, bicycles are better!

  • Love the word rubbish! :)

  • hey , so what? you dont drive. neither do i. and i never will be able to. i have an eye condition which means i cant see enough to drive a car. although i am fucking fantastic at driving a tractor... i spend 3 hours a day on busses lol u get used to it.

  • Tractor FTW!!!!! I'm fine with buses too :)

  • i don't drive either..but it just sucks driving here..(New York) plus the DMVs are evil evil places lol..

  • I agree!!!

  • Dude--so you don't read, nor drive. Who cares? You're obviously smart, and passionate about a ton of things in your life. They're just not the same things other people usually do. Don't be sheepish about it--you're awesome! We love you!

  • awe, another comment I'm printing out and putting on my fridge!

  • Next weeks topic should be "what's in your portfolio?" :)

  • HAHA - maybe if the market was better!

  • i love your voice

  • you'd be the first one...haha

  • With gas prices the way they are these days, who wants to drive anyways? Plus, the fact that you don't drive helps to make up for the huge carbon footprint that you get by flying for work. And, of course, as lookitsmurphy (and I'm sure others) have already stated, you don't need a car, or the ability to drive in NYC; the transit system is pretty stellar. So fight the power!!!

  • FIGHTING!!!! :)

  • Don't drive and don't read? Hmmmmm So, you cant get away and would have your undivided attention? Sounds perfect to me!

  • HAHAHAHA - you bring up a very good point!

  • It's ok that you don't read because Hollywood will make them all into movies. For instance, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, looks like a good movie, was actually a short story by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I am a serious reader and do not look down on people who aren't readers. Each person is different and that is what makes them incredible :)

  • Best comment ever :)

  • don't drive...if you live in nyc there's no point and it's bad for the environment :)

  • Agreed!

  • Oh dont feel bad Michelle Because im 22 and i dont drive eiether and its not that i cant is because im orainally form new york and whats the point of having one theres a Train and Bus that go everywhere... the irony of everything is that i work for Allstate Selling Car Insurence (and other type of insurence)... lol

  • HAHAHAHA - love it!

  • i don't drive and i only read marketing text books wooo for us

  • GO US!

  • You've never read Harry Potter? Blasphemy!!!!

I can't help but love you though...

  • I know I know! I's horrible...I'm still glad you love me...haha

  • i dont read eather

  • I can tell, because it's spelled "either"

  • yay i <3333 kade

  • I <3 Kade too!

  • hell yes for twilight!

  • :) people seem to be liking the Twilight

  • What do you do? I don't think you've ever told us what your job is.

  • I was wondering the same thing.

  • Corporate Communications :)

  • Not that I'm stalking her or anything (I just have a weird memory), but I remember her saying "corporate communications", and "telemarketer" (probably as a joke.. I don't think it's possible to be a telemarketer and love your job).

    whatever "corporate communications" is...

  • HAHAHA- you're right I do Corporate Communications.

  • so what is that exactly? do you like produce the "corporate training videos" and stuff like that?

  • Corporate Communications :)

  • heck yes get on the twilight band wagon!

    team edward:)

  • LOL - I'm going to do my best!

  • I still love you even if you don't consider yourself a pleasure reader. Reading doesn't have to be just fiction either, nonfic totally counts! I will be the desent in the room when I say the Twilight series is NOT for everyone. I personally enjoyed the first two and couldn't stand the last two. Maybe someday you'll read the book that inspired your favorite movie or find an author that gets your rox off like no other. I would be dead without books. I bet you're the same way about music.

  • Awe, yay I thought you'd disown me for sure!

Yes, music is my books for sure...I don't know what I'd do without my "tunes"

  • You live in NYC thats a perfect excuse for not being able to drive....totally forgiven ha

  • AGREED!

  • You will really enjoy the Twilight series. Stephenie Meyer is a good writer and I recommend reading anything that she's written. When you do read them I would love to get your opinion on them and what you think, it would be awesome to discuss them with you :) and I completely sound like a total nerd so I'm just going to stop typing now lol

  • HAHA - awe, no I like nerd... :)

  • I'm not a big reader either, don't worry about it, at least I could tell you at the age of 7 all of the correct names and locations for the 206 bones. And good luck with the driving stuff, you'll love it...just maybe not as much in the city.

  • Wow, I can't tell you anything about bones...haha

  • I'm not a reader either, books or otherwise. They don't get to the point quick enough for me. In fact, magazine articles that are over 2 pages long are considered too long in my book.

("in my book"... lol... sorry, i crack myself up)

As far as driving is concerened, I do drive. But I'm also Asian. So to some, I don't drive... at least not well.

    :-)

P.S. I love the Luxor hotel.

  • LOL - damn you Asian drivers!

  • racist! LOL

  • I cant read twilight anymore..my ex girlfriend sooo ruined it for me I cant pick it up with out becomeing both frusterated and irratated...but it was a good book/series :)

Im kinda bummed that Kelly didnt get picked :/

  • Awe,I'm sorry she ruined it for you :(

I think a lot of people had favorites, and I wish we could have picked everyone, but I think Lori and Kade will quickly win your hearts!

  • Awesome now I don't feel so alone on the whole driving thing. Even better somebody older and not driving making a lot better. Thank you

  • my pleasure :)

  • For godsake she's not that old!

  • WOOHOO!

    I now feel a little less of a freak, I can't drive and I just can't seem to read, it's not that I don't read, I just....don't.

I flew through "Monsters and Magical Sticks" but I just don't seem to read, much, or at all.

I'm going to tell everyone that you said that was OK from now on!

  • HAHA - yes tell them all I say its perfectly fine!

  • Maybe book on tape?

  • Yeah, there are tons of great bocs on cd and even downloadable ones from the library :-)

  • AudioBooksForFree(dot)com is great. So many good classics!

  • I could try :)

  • you are adorable<3

    even if you cant drive

    ill drive you =]

  • HAHAH - perfect!

  • The Twilight series is good.

Good luck on becoming an active reader.

  • Thank you!!

  • If only I could think of a book for you to read... hmmm... if only someone would hand you a book... oh, nevermind.

On an unsarcastic note, when the window was behind you, it looked like you were an angel with a little halo. Aw. : )

  • For the record I'm almost done with your book - ignore the fact that you gave it to me in August...haha...I also read slow... :) I clearly forgot about it when I was in Vegas though...lol. <3

  • I've read the book of which you speak. It sucks. It's about a penis. You are SO the wrong audience for that. : )
