  • Note to self: Never let this guy drive my car.

Awesome truck. Good to see that it can take a beating. Love the beer in the hand at 2:45.

  • lol old man with a chainsaw

  • I have been collecting 78-79 Broncos for the last 25 years and no matter what shape I find them in, I buy them. They are the best looking, toughest, most capable (from the factory) trucks ever built. Sure, rides like an 05' Rubicon came locked front and rear and get around amazing but they are good for nothing else but off road. Stock broncos can haul, tow, off road, and be used for daily drivers. It takes a lot to kill the drivetrain on these trucks but you are wasting it.

  • although this looked like a load of fun a little part of me died inside lol I have an identical ford bronco 79 ranger xlt black with same rims but 35s and 6 inch lift, I couldn't bring myself to bag it like that lmao I think I'll just watch u bag yours guys great vid

  • is thar anywhere this truck wont go?

  • my 88 had a carb conversion done to it and i dropped a 400m and c6 tranny in it and its so much fun but i hate the mileage, im thinkin bout putting the old motor and tranny back in lol

  • Right the F*** on dude. Thats how livin is done.

  • finally some one knows how to fuckin four wheel

  • its way more fun if you got a lift kit on it.

  • ive always wanted to do this! looks like fun good job boys

  • i agree with green and roscoe, i have a 79 thats rougher than this, minus the roof rust, with a 400 and a c6 and I love it, poor old truck i would have rather have this one than mine, and its pretty painfull to see a truck that was only made for 2 years meet an end like that

  • Well at least she went out in style :)

  • man that makes me sad u would do something like that to that car u dont see alot of thim on the road and that was a pretty nice one....i meen dam its like 40 some years old...and nest time dont try to kill the ford get thim gad dam chevys off the road...

  • learn math dumbass! I killed it, was so much fun, id do it again and again

  • Sorry, maybe that was a little uncalled for.

  • ford power baby. i got a 76 f100 myself

  • If I wanted something to trash I'd find a old International Scout, my brother used to have one and we'd pound the shit out of that poor old thing, never broke, never quit, never made us walk, good old rig, ugly but tougher than nails. I love my 78 Bronco too much to pound on it, it is in great condition.

  • First of all, I gotta agree with Green on the rarity aspect. The grill assembly you trashed, $600.00 from an aftermarket maunfacturer to replace, and that's just for the steel frame. She's sounds like a healthy rig, man, why would you trash something like that? She's hauling you through hell, no lift, no wench, no custom lockers, no nothing, and as a reward, you're purposely killing trees. Two words, dude: Tread lighty. Drive toward the light, Ford Brother.

  • I'm restoring a '79. I understand that your Bronco is rusty and all, but man, I feel bad for it. I mean, it looks like fun and all, but they only made these for two years, and many people would love to have it to restore or whatever. I can see offroading...but to purposely hit a tree?

  • Wouldnt you pay 500$ to thrash a 79 bronco though? Even if the roof did blow off at 120km per hour. I would do it over and over again heh. We all had so much fun, I wouldnt trade it for anything :)

  • now that a real ford

  • that should have been a ford bronco comercial it took a shit kickin

  • That tame little Jeep would have exploded trying to do that stuff. Keep banging the rust out of that Bronco and it will still keep pulling.

  • y would u do that? i mean most ppl would kill 2 have that truck. you could sell and make some money.

  • Easy come easy go I guess, it was cheap and we had lots of fun, Notice the roof about to blow off in the wind heh, that was the least of the rust.

  • Built Ford Tough anyone?

  • Thats fuckin sexxxy. I have a '78 bronco.

  • Thanks man, was a fun video to make :)

  • Looks it man, where you live? I just got a '78 Bronco Im currently restoring. I should have an 80 bronco on the way as well

  • Im in Powell River Canada, about 150 miles north of Vancouver kinda. 78, 79 are my fav.... well I like them all realy

  • good truck its still goin aint it u idiots appreciate quality proo0.v.en ..00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

  • Awesome video! I'm not really a big fan of Fords, but I give credit where it's due.... THAT TRUCK TOOK ONE HELL OF A BEATIN' DUDE!!!! LMAO

That is probably the toughest Ford I've seen in many, many years.... 5/5 stars on this vid

  • dude that bronco is badasss for not even being lifted

  • put a lift kit on it

  • Run Over A Stop Sign! :D

  • That thing could take a beatin'!

  • dude ur like my fucking hero man

  • wow dude talk about beating the shit out of something lol...........love it

  • The redneck at 2.40 is so bad ass!

  • sweet! that was probly a Borg-Warner T-18 or a New Process 453 tranny in that bronco. The combo of 1st and 4-LO are good for crawling.

  • So bull low means the gears it has? I got a 81 and plan on getting low gears. Sick vid bro.

  • Its a 4 speed standard, but you never start in 1st gear, its way to low a gear, probly just for pulling a boat out of the water or getting started with a heavy load.

  • Weird. We had a '83 Bronco and you could get to 30 in first!

  • Yep, 1st is something like a 6.3:1 ratio and is meant for pulling things and starting with a load.

I have the same transmission in my bronco, I can say it spins 'em in 2nd and I'm not technically lying ;P

  • for once someone actually makes an entertaining off road video

  • my parents had a 79 that thing was badass cant believe they sold it i wanted it to be my first vehicle even tho i was only 8-10 yrs old bak then

  • broncos were build from 1966 to 1996. they only built this style for 2 years 1978 to 1979.

  • Sure were tough, wish it was keepable....

  • why isn't it "keepable"?

  • At :53 is tipical of the rust this truck had, you just cant see it all because I duck-taped it and spray-bombed it. It needed a whole new body, holes in the floor were pritty bad to. On its final nite of action the ring gear stripped in the front, about 5 miles later the timing chain went. Its just cheaper to buy one in good condish, one day I will, there an awsome truck, realy built tough.

  • ya, i love them, check out my 76', its on my page, its an f100 though not a bronco. havnt done much to it yet, great vid btw, better than most on youtube

  • sick vid

  • i love broncos they need to put them back on the line

  • yea y did they stop they been around for 30 years like wtf

  • lol yea and not the shitty bronco 2. i like that u can take the cap off the original.

  • I aggre with you totally cause when I git my lisence I want one so bad!

  • no you dont, if they bring em back their gonna be gay as balls and Ford will use them to showcase the "latest in green technology" or some useless bullshit like that

  • built ford tough for 30 years

  • Its a root beer Honest

  • che coglione

  • Heh :)

  • My bronco is a pile see my videos of it

  • i have a 79 bronco wt a 460 but its camo i love that truck

  • Best truck ever made: Ford Bronco FTW. I got a 96 with a 351 Cleveland. I love that truck. Nothing cant be that truck offroad.

  • the 96's came with a 351 winsdor. never came with the clevlands

  • mine wasnt stock motor...

  • What does FTW mean?

  • for the win

  • i got a 79 bronco,35's with the 351 but automatic. have you put tires on that ltr if so what size and how does it do with different tires

  • I have a set of 22 inch that I use for the snow, but with stock sprockets its kinda like starting out in 2nd gear, and 5th is usless. There is a little rubbage on the heel guards. My buddy runs 20s full time on stock sprockets, but his 5th gear isnt pulling that well. 18s all the way!

  • THREE WORDS- BUILT FORD TOUGH.

  • broncos kick ass i want one

  • lets see a chevy do this truly built ford tough

  • is IT AN AUtomatic OR IS IT a stiCK hOW mUcH

    WAs iT

  • It was 500 canadian, 4 speed standerd with bull low. Due to its rusty body its now passed on to Bronco Hell.

  • mate nice work there, i like your deforestation attempt lol, good to see that it went out with a bang!

  • Looks fun but i have done a lot better lol I love the bronco im sorry but how can you have a branco like that and just try to destroy it, i can understanding havin fun but have fun dont ruin a perfectly good truck unless your gonna fix it.

  • he puts the saying "drive it like you stole it" to the ultimate test hahahahha

  • not really but kinda

  • I guess you missed the part where the rusty roof was about to tear off in the wind Heh. That was the least of it trust me. I also had to put alot of work into the Bronco just to get it going, leaf springs in both sides, shocks, wheel bearings, built that rear shaft, altenator, wiring problems ect. It lasted about 6 months befor the timing chain went.

  • Sniff,

My 79 Bronco 351 cld w/35's and 6" rancho lift got crashed/totaled in the mid 80's.. Lucky to be here, but the truck it's self was so "Heavy" I survived a major/flip/roll crash/death..

It was so heavy built only the right side was crushed flat when it flipped. Yup, I was driving it like an A hole. I don't do that no more..

I miss that truck to this day. It was a tank as it was cool.

  • Yes they realy are tanks. They are lacking a roll bar thats for sure. Id be happy to pick up one in good shape, worth building into a keepable truck.

  • sad to say I rolled my 79 bronco a month ago

  • where is this that place looks fun!

  • rednecks rock! hell yeah southern born and raised!

    yoour crazy man

  • nothing can touch broncos..love the 79's rumor ive heared there is a 08 out??

  • mouth breathin'...

  • MAn u kids are gay, holding your beer out all casual like your hardcore. Maybe try some real wheeling, peeling out and donuts are fun when you 16 in your parents vehicles. I have a 79 f250 and it wheels great, that bronco has some potential. just not in your retarted hands

  • Post something and show me how its done son!

  • i love my 79 im a little afraid its gonna break if i do that kinda shit with

  • broncos dont break man

  • wow that was cool but i didnt like how u ran over a tree was there any body damage because the broncos are classics not since they dont make them anymore which im kindof mad about evan tho i drive a towncar lmao
