You can use the NPC talk tool, or if you're a litltle more ambitious, you can use the faceposing porgram.

With the NPC Talk tool you can simply chose a talking animation that matched what you want the character to say, then just mutethe sound and replace the lines with your own.

As for Faceposer, I'm referring to the one included with the Source SDK (Software Development Kit), which is used to make custom animations for characters in the source engine. The SDK can be downloaded for free off Steam with the purchase of a Steam Game.

Well i use hydolics to do nice side swipes of a seen, its alot cleaner and smoother then a wheel :D but meh we all use diff methods GREAT VID!!!!
