The Republicans removed the portions of the bill that required another representative (those who decided to skip out on their jobs), thus making it completely legal to vote on the bill. Does Rep. Barca have ADD, I love how he cannot allow his co-worker to finish a brief statement, which would have explained his question in the first place – I know 13 year olds who behave better. They were voted in to represent there people, they ran on these principles, and they are getting the job done- thanks
