Underground racing is good people, I'm friends with te owners actually. They do TT Ford GT's and Lambo's as well. And it's not actually wet...look at the heat waves coming off the track. What you're seeing is the VHT they put down on the track for more grip.

Don't be stupid. Tracks aren't open on wet days. And nobody in there right mind is running a car like that even on a damp track.
