  • They were never meant to whistle. In fact they have rubber caps in them to prevent them from whistling.

  • Yep its the ugliest eye sore and the biggest waste of my I have ever seen. Near by neighbors say that the red tubes are supposed to make music when the wind blows well it doesn't and they say its an eye sore and a waste of money...
