yay! thanks for the great demo because I could tell what you were doing with your hands. I could really use a demo of poi style hooping too. Your vertical spins look great in your other videos. I've been working on it but I think I'm doing something wrong with my hands; I can't seem to keep the hoops parallel to each other.
