I can't remember what episode it is, but Karl was saying that the best part of being on holiday is thinking, "Right now I'd be going to work if I weren't on holiday". He then used an example of a man who stuffs socks into a 'rubber' bag for a living, and Ricky and Steve took it from there. Does that ring any bells? It was probably Season 2 of The ('all new') Ricky Gervais Show.

Yeah, I finished it a few days ago and I'm still thinking of all the great stuff I didn't get to include. Forget pissing in the sink, he peed on Jane! Or when Steve gave money to a homeless woman because he fancied her. Or when Ricky met Bowie and Steve found out about it on air.

I also didn't get to include any of the sincere moments in Extras and The Office that made the shows incredibly warm and human. Only Ricky and Steve can make me laugh one minute and cry the next. Brilliant.
