That was a team from the zoo looking for the tigress and her cups that escaped from the zoo. They were not hunting the tigress they had allreay captured the cubs so the tigress was pissed off. Personally I would have shot her dead if she attacked a person. We can't let people get killed by animals and not do something about it.
