hey - i have a patch cord just like yours (one on the left) and ive got a big muff pedal, and its noted in the manual that its good to have high quality and well grounded patch cords with little background noise if youre going to use alot of sustain, which is what those knobs are doing..but my cables look just like yours, you even look like youre using the same 1/4 to 1/8 hacked kindof wire i am too, lol - but im just saying, maybe some better quality patch cables..just a suggestion
