I'm at 4.5 years for not seeing my oldest 2 daughters. And for no reason whatsoever, the ex did the whole "DV Protection order" routine. Renewing it every year. So I haven't seen my other 4 children in 2 years. Now CPS took my new wife's children because of my ex. It never ends.
VAWA is discrimination in its Name, and in its whole conception. Stupid criminal activity.
CPS is a lie too. Abolish these communistic invasions of our Rights!
Yeah, I'm my story is somewhat like this fellow. I woke the morning of Oct 21, 2003. Then my ex wife Rhonda Sails decided to abandon me because I have MS and at the time I couldn't walk. Then I didn't see my daughter unil I was able to the following June/04. and then I was charged with false allegation which where latter dropped. My ex's accusations where based on her word alone and had no validity.
I'm in the midst of a divorce in NY. 2 months ago, I had a 4 vertebrae spinal fusion. 2 Steel rods, 8 bolts 16 bone grafts and the judge does not respect my Dr's opinions that I am permanently and totally disabled!
PAS has stollen 3 of my 4 kids from me. One of those 3 recently died in a tragic accident. There is no chance of every recovering from that one!

I'm in the midst of a divorce in NY. 2 months ago, I had a 4 vertebrae spinal fusion. 2 Steel rods, 8 bolts 16 bone grafts and the judge does not respect my Dr's opinions that I am permanently and totally disabled!
PAS has stollen 3 of my 4 kids from me. One of those 3 recently died in a tragic accident. There is no chance of every recovering from that one!
