  • @RomneyPHONY

I had the base of my teeth, near the gums, filled. I eat Doug Graham's 80/10/10 raw vegan diet, and I have no problems. I use tooth soap. I went to the dentist this year for a cleaning and examination, and my teeth have no problems.

  • I've been raw for over a year and already eat a ton of greens, and all of a sudden noticed changes in my teeth (discoloration and sensitivity). What else can I do to add more minerals?

  • I started the raw vegan diet two weeks ago after coming from a vegan diet. I started to develop sensitive teeth when brushing my lower left molars. I'm concerned about it. I brush my teeth a lot and have been eating a lot of vegetables, fruits, seeds, and grains (a type of seed). In nine years of being vegan, I didn't have this problem, so this is strange. I have been using a lot of mouthwash to try to disinfect my mouth. Luckily, it only hurts when brushing, not at any other time.

  • Dried fruit can hurt too...

  • please help is tea considered on a raw food diet

  • Excellent tips as always! Thanks! :)

  • I have a question in regards to weight loss from raw food:

is flab a concern at all? with weight loss that happens quickly, flab can be a concern.

Is that an issue with raw foods? Or because we are using raw foods and nourishing our bodies would the flab/loose skin be less of a concern?

What can we include in our diet that would help with this issue while on raw foods? Obviously one would want to be exercising in addition to eating healthily.

    Thank you so much <3

  • @sha8808

Look up MSM, but make sure you get one that's good quality.

  • @SuperKAPoOoW

    hiya thanks :)

I have been taking MSM with good results: softer, smoother skin, I think the flab will be less of an issue as time goes by

  • what do you eat every day specifically? Is it on one of your videos? Thanks so much for the skin videos- started the honey and the aloe and my skin feels and looks better already- I will definitely buy the acne program once I get some $ on my card, lol- is it really ok to wear the aloe every single night before bed? thanks so much!

  • Thanks for the video!! I have been going overboard with the orange/pinapple/cilantro smoothies latley. I definatly have a mineral issue- I'm breastfeeding and not taking supplements.Shame on me, but I ordered Raw vitamin code prenatal. I assumed i was pretty alkaline, I drink spring water that I harvest here in Alaska. I rarley eat nuts and seeds and eat about 2 heads of greens- dont know how many lbs. Thanks again --- ooh and i tried the oil pulling this moring and it was sooo soothing!!

  • @Bparkeraw That's interesting... I developed a citrus allergy while nursing my second child and never ate citrus again... so I can only do all veggie juices. Get those vitamins and eat well! I made myself so unhealthy when nursing and got so thin. After nursing 3 kids over 7 years, I was drained and prone to illness. Be careful :)

  • Why do you think you developed an allergy so late in life? Was it hormones? Sorry to ask, but I'm interested to know why/how..

  • I'm not completely sure. I spoke to a practitioner of holistic medicine and he offered that it may be a lack of another mineral or vitamin that was triggering a adverse reaction to the citrus... like my body couldn't process it because it didn't have the tools. Your body goes through a lot of stragne changes during pregnancy. I have three children and each time I was carrying them I had to wear glasses. My vision is perfect outside pregnancy. So weird! I still avoid citrus in large amounts.

  • very good video. i would love to know your whole routine actually..
