Sh-t if I said to my friends I`ll supply the beer and sausages if you help me do a moose or elk they won`t eat for 2 days and drink all the beer before starting then get 1 out of 5 maybe helping and eat 25 lbs of sausage should tell them grind me 7 links eat 2 count 5 for myself : LOL, Nice press though I bought 2 presses one like a silicone gun for jerky & a Cast horn they work good Bought a smoker too I`m set this year we`re doing Mulie & Moose ,Do you store your Casings in course salt water
I do it mostly for myself, but it's much easier to do with help. For this reason, I like to have friends over, and pay them with Beer and Food. I usually make 100-150lbs of sausage for us, and also help friends with theirs.
