it's because Budd knows how to make stainless steel cars, st louis didn't, that's why the R38s-R44s are horrible. In fact, the crappy performance of the R44s is what ultimately killed the St. Louis Car Company. They should have stuck to carbon steel like the Redbirds.

woo! i do prefer R32s more than R38s.they are more expensive than R38s.they look really new compared to R38s.but they are older than R38s.weird
