  • The baritone is Gordon Hawkins.

  • Who is the baritone? Beautiful voice.

  • From 1:54 to 2:24 or 2:25 some lovely male-female harmony, but on 2:26 the otherwise funny & adequate soprano ruins the duet with a flat note. I'm still squirming from it. Actually she was already flirting with flatting at 2:21. From 2:52 through 2:54 she sours again, but redeems herself at 2:55.

I started out intending to comment on the tenor, but I got sidetracked.

  • You really don't know what you are supposedly listening to. Maybe there was a slight issue with intonation but no flattening. Also, she didn't even sing from 2:52 through 2:55. Everyone has an opinion but at least be accurate!

  • I heard Antonello Palombi in La Forza del Destino in Poznan, Poland during their Verdi Festival. His voice is very nice, but the tenor that really stood out and became the star of the event was EMMANUEL DI VILLAROSA.

I heard him sing Ernani, Don Carlos and Norma, then I went to Germany and heard him in Carmen. He is an amazing tenor. He is a powerhouse on the stage. Seattle should hire this tenor again in the future. I understand he lives in California now, so he is practically a local.
