For everyone putting him down and calling him vain, nice try. If you actually did your research, he has spoken publicly about his surgery. He felt that he wasn't born in the right face. The surgery was not for vanity, but simply to align his real face with his ideal face. For him, it was a matter of psychological health. He certainly didn't get these procedures done so that any of you would think he was attractive. This isn't secret information, either. Pathetic. Get your facts straight.
