i dont support animal testing, even though it saves lives. yes, im happy people can live, but in my beliefs, its like killing one child for the sake of another. you may battle that, but im firm on my grounds. and im in love with oxford. its the school i dream of going to one day. if youre going to battle against animal testing, go against all the schools, not just oxford. there are thousands of colleges that test on rats and baby pigs, etc for information that isnt always even worth knowing.

PC, no one's involved in this because they get some sadistic kick out of it, or less because killing rats is profitable. Whatever your viewpoint, I don't think it's wise to pre-emptively shut it down. If the lab's conduct is shown to be irresponsible and nothing good comes out of it, then I might agree with you. Like the majority of this country, I await the valuable contributions that are (I believe) going to come from this place, by honest, decent people doing a thankless job for positive ends
