Hey why not make it for the just for PC, and then decide if you want to bring it to the consoles. Simply put console gamers are a little too fickle for mmo sesigners taste. American gamers in particular are natoriusly picky. If you look at APB its not really COPS and ROBBERS. Its basicly Crooked cop VS Crook. If they dont port it to the consoles, then you'd better look at Microsoft and Sony for the reason why.

That's kind of what they're doing anyway. They're making it for the PC, then porting over to the consoles if it does well (though which consoles in particular is a bit ambiguous. The Wii can't handle it graphically in its current state, and the PS3 architecture might be expensive to port over to... but I wouldn't be surprised in the least to see it on the 360. Not that I care, I'm a PC gamer. Also, it's actually cops and vigilantes vs criminals... so the cops and robbers thing still works.
