Pugliese's song are likely to be danced in a more "escenario" style. The music is calling for adagios and dramatic moves which can be performed with more amplitude in open embrace. On Pugliese, sometimes on Di Sarli too, J&A open the embrace. In fact, since J is dancing with A, he even started to open the embrace a bit in some milongas. One last thing, for me, the great skill of Javier has been to turn close embrace style into a pleasure for the eyes too.
