No matter what you play, even if I don't know the song(s), you still manage to bring me to tears or near tears...your style just reminds me so much of how my father used to play before his alcoholism got the best of him. I used to love to listen to him play.

I haven't seen Wicked either, but it's in my top 3 must-see Broadway musicals: 1) Phantom of the Opera; 2) Wicked; 3) Beauty and the Beast (and I still include that because I'm convinced it will be revived someday!!!)

I really am at a loss for the best words. I am ... in awe. (and totally envious, but in a good way) I have always been able to plunk out any tune... but only occationally can add the right chords... Thanks again everyone! And JB, I actually don't have perfect pitch at all - I do have relative pitch, which I developed over a long time with a lot of practice. Combine that with a really good musical memory and the result is that I can play pretty much any song that I can "hear" in my head (just like anyone gets songs stuck in their head). Glad to hear I inspired you - keep on practicing!
