I want to get all of my lifts as high as possible while keeping my body weight as low as possible which is 150.

I have no idea whats going on.

Judging from the video question, the guy looks weak, with little muscle development, this factors in having a solid structure that keeps your entire body functioning as a whole unit.
in regards to lower back 'pain'? yeah, i don't think it's pain, it's simply a pump. i get those pumps when i dead-lift and db/bb row. this is normal, and the pump can vary in discomfort based on how hydrated your muscles are via water/glycogen.

There are so much conflicting info out there floating around that just confuse and have a lot of us running around in circles so can you post your recommendation on a vid for us and help clear up all of the bs Thanks a lot bro and keep up the great work cheers!
