Yes, I agree. Our society is not set-up to care for healthy babies of teen moms. But every year, your DNA strand gets shorter. So that is why our genetic code delivrs puberty at age 12, and its getting lowere and lower in industrialised countries. Let people have sex when the sex drive is stringest, not when you are 40, and have no more sex-drive. After 35, the chances of having a healthy baby decline, and chances are high for having kids with mental-handicaps.
