This seems like one of those games that will be revived by a desperate studio with no idea what to do. Then all of a sudden a new JSRF and a ton of people love it and the studio gets all interesting again.

I've seen it happen.

It's ganna need some SERIOUS stylization to live up to current generation of graphics though. So there is the tricky part, the studio has to have some good artists.

@YEAHGB4U It plays on the 360. They made the 360 compatible with a lot of normal Xbox games, though certainly not all... JSRF is compatible, though, as is the first Conflict: Desert Storm game, the first Destroy All Humans game, and the entire Halo trilogy, etc.

But I agree, somebody on the planning board needs to be "stretched on the rack, burned at the stake, and beheaded" (Bugs Bunny quote) if that is the case. JSRF was one of the very rare games that was better than it's predecessor. Wonder if lightning could strike a third time, though.
