  • where is this wonderful place?

  • Being curious. At 3:57 I saw that you stick out two fingers while in some sort of jodan kamai. Could you tell me the deeper meaning behind that? Thanks :)

I train in kobudo and katori uses of the Bo, but always open for new ideas. Great vids!

  • @Naraku1987 i am watching and i am at 3:57 and i am throwing shuriken so not sure what time you are talking about. are you talking about jodan no kamae with the bo or katana. and is is me the big guy or the other guy. what is the exact time and i will tell you. there are meanings yes. but i need to know when i do it so i dont give you wrong info. check out my newer ninja vids. much much better. peace

  • @MOUNTAINOUS Sorry I mistyped, meant 5:57. With the Bo at that point you stick out your pinky and index finger. Thanks again.

  • @Naraku1987 sometimes it is just that way because if you grab it firmly you can move it as flexible with your wrist. so you hold on to it with just a few small fingers like a katana handle. if you see me in a stance where i hold it in front of me horizontal to the ground and i do that and point them down. takamatsu used to say it was to point down to mean your enemy is going to hell. as in you will kill him and he will go to hell. symbolic old school stuff

  • nice vid. and great technic. but your trousers... :D its to big. :D

  • @DaisukeAsaku they are hakama and fit perfect. i just need leggings to go over the hakama and tabi. i dont like the pants with ties. i used to do that but that is not traditional that is hollywood. my buddy is doing it hollywood hood and pants. i am doint historically accurate shinobi shozoku minus the leggings

  • @MOUNTAINOUS

yes i know that it is a hakama. but if you'll have a mission you would make a noise with this trousers or?

  • I think that this video was awesome

  • I found the video quality fantastic accurate take downs and arm locks an joint munipulation. but it did not seem fluid at times as if quicky rehurst more. Less non realistic at times For me I rate this 4 stars becuase I did find it a good all round video

  • Ahaa, so that's what the ring is for. Devious indeed.

  • sword steal is great. opponent might cut their hands up if they try to keep you from taking the sword.

shuriken have to be thrown hard. in a real fight with both people trained and knowing what they were doing, if someone blocked a shuriken with a staff, it might just stick to the staff.

create a place to practice shuriken with full-power throws.

  • 1812 was the name of the guy i was responin 2..lol..

  • 1812 maynot have martial arts training but you talk wisely my friend.i have 20 years experience and couldnt have put itbetter myself.

  • i dont understand your comment. what is 1812 and are you talking to me or someone else who left a comment. i am confused by your comment

  • nice star throwing and the sword stealing was badass

  • This is one of ur best vids what i like awsome thats was cool when ur buddy came beside you.=)

  • nature is beutifull

  • are you a black belt?? on ninjutsu

  • There's no way. All the green belts at my local dojo put this guy to shame. Personally I don't know any ninjutsu. But he's making all kinds of mistakes in his footwork. Stuff that would get him killed if he ever actually fought a samurai...

  • he told me that he was a black belt first dan i dont know man.

  • Probly bought a black belt off ebay.

  • @BakaYaru13 <---lol your name says it all about you buddy. Nice video mountainous. I like how your buddy and you have a good bond of trust cuz if one of them Shuriken would of missed that woulda hurt. And the bone breaking techniques that totally reposition your opponent alone verify you know your own footwork imo.

  • Pure awesomeness bro !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you play the sakuhachi very well bro!

  • i really like techniques with kusari gama ..

  • it is a kyoketsu shoge not a kusari gama. kusari gama is a kama or sickle blade with a chain and weighted end. the kyoketsu is a knife with a hook blade in the middle and a rope and a metal ring

  • sorry , my bad xD

    thanks for explanation :D

  • Excellent locks and wrist twists at 3:25 man you know your taijutsu very well bro. Nice seeing you with a partner. Thanks for helping and making this bro.

  • hope to train with you someday. i just need more training

  • sorry that reply i just gave you was for another comment. i got confused

  • like wise man. When I get a full time job. Start my Taijutsu/ Ninjutus Training... well be more deep into it.

  • It never ceases to amaze me how a sword can be taken away from an opponent with circle and rope weapon. I don't know its name but I imagine there are even more uses to it like entanglement and strangulation. Or whatever else the imagination desires!

    :)

  • hi. it is a kyoketsu shoge. i have kyoketsu shoge part 1,2,3 and i talk and tell how to use it and lots of angles and it is a tutorial. and i teach how to do all kinds of stuff with it. take care

  • stupid question but have you ever done anything like in the last samurai where you are with a family clan for a while?

  • Sorry if I'm out of line here. But, I was curious. Are you no longer a representative of Choson ryu?

  • no i am still gregs friend but in vid 114 i left nintaijutsu organization

  • Hi jason, Good to see you have a new training partner :) . Remember friend don't break your toys!!! :)

  • that was really cool when you used that ring to pull the sword into your hand. what's that weapon called? i thought i saw a sort of hook on the other end as well. great video, man, keep it up.

  • that was kool. u should do a video where u are faighting someone

  • i have tons of vids doing wild stuff unarmed throws and wild stuff. go look. there is one if you do a search in you tube and write these words. mountainous budo and ninpo dr todd it should pull up a good vid for you

  • cool video. wish the rain would stop here so i could do that kind of training again

  • u fucked will hunt up. he is a very inferior ninja to you mountainous. i liked the bit where u really slowly hit his sword with a stick. u got his number

  • i go slow and easy with a new student. he has only been doing this for a few weeks now. if i had someone that was my equal i would have us both in armor going full speed and full strikes. it would be fun. i am happy to have anyone show desire to learn no matter what skill level. it was a fun day no matter what. take care

  • is he gonna spar full contact withyou one day then?

  • he is not ready for that. he is 140 pounds and not as strong. and when he gets ready. he will be flipping me and i will be throwing him by his ears. yes picking him off the ground by the ears or skin and throwing him. he will be back next summer for training. and summer snowboarding. but i will show him lots of cool skin throws. and things like that.

  • awesome video son... loved the way you nicked the katana :) 5 stars.. from a fellow shinobi UK bujinkan dojo

  • dude you need to go practice this on the Dagorhiriem...

  • what is a dagorhiriem

  • cool!!! amazing!!

  • Very nice and clear techniques. Excellent video, my friend!

  • next time dan is here i will take him to all the spots i did this summer in 2 days. and i will take him to portland japanese gardens. i will put him in real armor and maybe on a horse. but the indoor dojo is much better now. and i have a new camera and several tripods and dan is the best at editing now. and stuff. so we will do some fun fun stuff. one day max you have to come here and caleb, willgray, and dan come up. it would be awsome

  • I bet having a partner improves your training big time. Is he a new student? Killer video Jas. Nice training and music.

  • he is a snowboarder from breckenridge. and a slayer doing 270 on a real rail down stairs and 30 foot rail and spin 360 on the rail to spin off the end. he is here for the summer and we have been doing some stuff not on vid. he leaves in one week to colorado. but is is fun and next summer he will be here and train more and more vids

  • wow very nice shuriken and chain work. i enjoyed this video keep it up.

  • hI jASON would you mind coming back on the demzly show for a return interview and a catch up bro?

  • for sure

  • Sinking Pathon should lock! Sick!

  • think

  • Good looking vid - the image quality was really good. It is nice to see you working another person so that you can better demonstrate techniques. Who is this person?

  • my buddy will who is a snowboarder from colorodo breckenridge. he was 3rd in state champ wrestler in his weight 2 years ago and he does some jujutsu but lately he has shown interest to train and learn some. he is blown away by the unarmed fighting style

  • Awesome as usual, friend.

  • that was really nice jason- your editing and presenting these ina great way - that focuses on nature and its beauty and the arts you enjoy.

  • happy bday

  • nice vidoe

  • great video dude

  • really cool video, beautiful spot to train

  • that was awesome when you took his sword

  • thanks cole. i spent the last 3 weeks playing basketball and bmx stunt bikes and less training. sometimes i have to do other fun stuff. lol. i felt a bit rusty but we had fun. this is a super shredder snowboard buddy from breckenridge colorodo and he has shown interest this summer in training. he does have some jujutsu background. it was a blast. weather is still real nice here but big snow is right around the corner

  • right on. im sick right now and after about a two day break from training i can already feel different. i feel lazy and need to train more. soon i will have a big demonstration vid aswell.

  • whoa that one gimmick ya did to yoink the other guy's sword was bad ass, i'll never try it though, i dropped my katana once and it slid down the webbing between my index finger and thumb, imagine a quarter inch hole at the base of your thumb, not good times man.
