i give it a 5 star rating...but try the real one here in Malaysia and those are delicious..nontheless you had done a good job but if im not wrong the filling has to be alot more dryer before u stuff it with the pastry...just a thought :D u can also make another video of fillings with sardine?

Can they baked instead of frying them?

@AZNBRANDO06 hello very good question... I have never tried baking them before but I think they will still come out great if you drizzle some olive oil across them on a baking tray, in the oven gas 5, 190c for 20 minutes? turning once? I'm going to try it next time :) X

I'm so scared to fry things tho! I'm afraid that the oil will catch on fire ... since I dunno how to be safe when deep frying something. I'm also afraid of the hot oil.

@mogando25 yes, you do have to be very careful when deep frying.. I'm so used to cooking that nothing much scares me now. You can try baking them in the oven with a drizzle of oil on top? or shall frying them if you prefer. Thanks for commenting X
