Heres some tips....never order on a friday and choose one day shipping. You will likely get it on Tues. Newegg/UPS doesnt deliever on Saturatday what????? Heres another one....dont bother with preordering videogames for that good of a price. I mean how can you offer that price and not deliever on the same week the game comes out. I can ship a game across the state first class 2-3 days. Lately I've been buying the same item I wanted from newegg from another retailer.

Also, you need to order before 3PM EST, 12PM PST, on Friday to make sure you get it by monday. If you order at 11:50PM Fri. night do you really expect people to get the package out to UPS before 12AM?

Newegg's NJ warehouse is only about a 40mi drive from my home in Manhattan. Too bad the none of the warehouse has everything. If there was then I wouldn't have to wait for stuff coming from CA or Tennessee

Sure newegg has great pricing, sure newegg has great customer service (English speaking people you can understand!!!), but what really brings me back is their excellent "wish list" feature (which allows for multiple types of lists) and their "compare" feature. I've yet to run into those features on other sites that I actually liked. Some were ok, but newegg got the formula right! Keep up the great work, guys!

I like newegg because when I called about a piece of crap PSU (it was only 40 bucks, and they bought it back for free shipping), the customer service person answered in 30 seconds and WAS AMERICAN!!

I didn't catch that until the item died 2 months after purchase and was sending item as RMA to manufacturer. Initially assumed it was just a packing slip. I don't know how I missed seeing this vid when it was uploaded, but it was interesting to hear Laura narrate the Newegg operatons and see how my orders are processed.

The only problems I had were not Newegg's fault, but my constant upgrading due to my not being able to evaluate which hardware would actually meet my gaming needs. I learned as I went along and found Newegg's customer reviews to be invaluable.

It's been several months since I've completed the build and I'm very happy.

Newegg is awesome! I live not too far away from one of their shipping warehouses in NJ, so most items arrive to me in just one business day for the price of regular shipping. The only downside to living in the same state as Newegg is that I have to pay state tax for my purchases.

Dont get me wrong...newegg is better than a heck of alot of online stores...but I think its more of a"hip" thing with people atm and thats why they are doing so well. Ex. Just the other day I was checking prices on a tv/monitor combo. Typed tv/monitor on newegg/tigerdirect/amazon...ti­ger and amazon came up with plenty of options(amazon had more) but new egg had pretty much nothing...maybe if I typed in the exact item but again i was browsing at that moment...

I find newegg extremely overrated. Whenever ive looked for tech items I either cant find em on newegg or tigerdirect/amazon is cheaper. Not to mention half the time it takes me twice as long to get around thier site as again tigerdirect. Personally Ive found the best deals on amazon and find their site to be the more thought out. I also like that I can check on the status of shipping right from their site.

My past few orders have not arrived nearly as fast as they typically have. I've certainly been a loyal customer, always giving accurate reviews and everything I have purchased has received excellent reviews as I did my research before purchasing.

Is there a reason for this such as my location(St. Louis area)? Occasionally I hear others say similar but for most you're delivery is still faster than anything else.

Either way, not complaining at all just curious. Newegg is and will long be #1 !
