I don't get why people say gaming has come so far...from the PS1 to the PS3 isn't THAT big of a jump to me. 3D gaming has become more complex, but there are PS1 games that still look fantastic. This game can even hold it's own and is still very playable today.

Looks like Normal. Sad thing is the player is using the standard control scheme and not expert. Turn 30 degrees and the plane auto banked. Worst control scheme IMO. I can believe he made the canyon level like that. o_o.

Nah that doesn't bother me as much. Personally I prefer the Expert control myself because it has a thrust move that let's you turn 180 degrees in an instant which the novice control cant possibly do in anyway. :P

But neither do I bash people for their opinions likes and dislikes, so the fact that hes using novice is his choice and not my business. The Canyon level isn't that hard at novice either... Using A-10, time the turns correctly and you're done. Way easier on expert tho

Really? I got through this just fine with normal controls. I remember trying out expert controls, and mastering it. I admit it was better, but I have to try that again since that was all the way back in 2000.

Man, I loved this game! My favorite mission was the canyon mission early in the game. I think it was an optional mission, I can't remember though. I'm actually thinking about making a video of that using a WW2 flight sim called IL-2. I still have air combat, so I could use the music off of it.

Some young man made an RPG on his own named Mark leung: the revenge of the bitch, It is having simple graphics but as a game with fun factor I think it may be better than FF 13.
